Onsite tool room utilizes a PROACTIVE design as the foundation for ALL mold making. AMA products the most complex part GEOMETRY and part QUALIFICATION with STATE-OF-THE-ART equipment. With enhanced IQMS software AMA is able to precisely monitor and schedule mold maintenance and history.

CONSISTENCY IN PRODUCTION

AMA’s Qualification Procedure takes on a DOE (Design of Experiments) approach, establishing a repeatable process, ensuring CONSISTENCY in production. All tools contracted through AMA include an TOOL LIFE WARRANTY from both onsite and offshore.

PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE

Complete repair and maintenance staff ensure that all molds at our facility are maintained in OPTIMAL RUNNING condition. AMA Maintenance Specialists work with your engineers to detect and correct small problems before they occur.

DECOUPLED MOLDING

A type of processing technique that separates the fill, pack and hold stages, where speed is separated from pressure. STANDARDIZING the molding technique.

This systematic approach allows all technical personnel to process the same way, every time without the guess work. DeCoupled Molding utilizes full capability of machines and simplifies documentation. Large shifts can now be performed in plastics viscosity as supplied by all material manufacturers.
